In starting and growing your business, you may find that you can’t do everything on your own. And recruiting a “copy of me” to take load off isn’t the complete answer. It is not necessarily a sign of your inexperience or lack of skills, it’s in fact very common.
So how do you go about finding business partners?
This is not just growing the volume of your business, nor just finding people who share your passion or vision, it is about opening your business to individuals who complement your skills.
In this session we will identify those skills and experience that you will need for your next steps in business and we will explore how to go about finding them.
Participants will get a certificate counting towards 2 CPD hours. (recognised by the CPD institute)
